Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the transit time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

Processing time differs from category to category. Refer to the table below for more precise processing and shipping times to better estimate when you will receive your order.

Orders with a status of "Processing" cannot be canceled (Check Your Order Status). When the status changes from Processing to Shipped, it means that your order has left our distribution facility and is on the way to you. Tracking numbers and other information may not be available until a few days after the order is shipped. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or altered once it has left our facility. If you make an order that you wish to cancel, you mail the order back after you have received it. Please note that original processing and shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any return shipping.

Please Note:

Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 business days for Brazil and 10-15 business days for all other destinations in Latin America.Since we typically ship orders in a single package, unless otherwise stated, the total length of time it will take for you to receive your order should be calculated using the longest estimated time for items in your order.

Order Handling (Processing) Time

All Orders for “Stock Products” will ship out within 10 Business Days.We offer Rush Handling options which speed up your order handling time. Rush order handling options can be selected during the checkout process.

If your Order contains a “Special Order Product” your Order Handling time will be 40 Business Days. (When ordering a “Special Order Product” you will be prompted to “Confirm” that you are aware of our standard 40 Day Handling time.) There are no rush options available for orders with Special Order Products (custom products).

Shipping Dispute:

All orders are handled and shipped according to handling and shipping method customer chosen. We are not responsible for the delivery delay if customer chosen improper shipping method or order information is not clear for processing order even.

The need date is just for our reference, we will do our best to make sure the order delivery by your need date, but we are not responsible for the delay if the time between order date and need date is shorter than our standard handling and shipping time.

If we delay the handling time without contacting you, customers have rights to cancel the order before shipping or return it after shipping out.

If we send the order by wrong shipping method, customers have rights to ask for refund of extra shipping fee.

Each country has different rules concerning import duties and taxes. Often, there may not be a charge, but there is also the chance that upon arrival the customer will be charged taxes/duties; in which case the customer is responsible for the extra charges. To completely remove the stress and uncertainty from a shopping experience, we recommend the purchase of Tax & Duty Insurance from us. As long as Tax & Duty Insurance is bought, we will fully reimburse customers any additional tax or duty fees that may have been incurred.
